About Jemn View Farms
Jemn View Farms’ name came from the first initials of our four sons. They are our “Four Jemns”: Jay, Ethan, Matt, and Nathan. We believe a venue should be obtainable for the average person and not cost an arm and a leg to have a wedding, family reunion, or any event you would like to have here.
We only offer one package and that includes Barn for both Friday for set-up and rehearsal dinner and all day Saturday till 11:00 pm, Round Tables, Chairs, White linens, 3-section Steam Table, Props, a basic centerpiece, and anything that is in the barn goes with the price. You are responsible for your Caterer, DJ, and Photographer. The price to rent the barn is $2,800 in which $1,000 will hold your date of the event and comes off the $2,800 and the remainder ($1,800) is due 60 days from the event date. The deposit of the $1,000 to reserve your date for the event is a non-refundable deposit.

Our Facility
Our large venue is located in Lancaster, Ohio and can hold up to 200 guests. A loft overlooking the party below is located on one side of the barn. On the other side, two dressing rooms are available for both the bride, groom, and wedding parties. A vaulted ceiling with sparking lights which creates your fairytale wedding. Enjoy the 88 X 16 foot covered patio over looking a 3-tier flower bed and water fall for appetizers and drinks before your main dinner. At Jemn View farms we want you to have the best day possible. We do not have a list of caterers and would like you to be able to choose your own caterers for your event. We offer parking which is handicap accessibly along with full warming kitchen, dressing rooms, coordinator, clean-up and decorations if desired as well. Contact us today to book your event!
